It is always such a joy to get a note from our residents and their family members. Our days can sometimes be stressful, especially during a pandemic so we are even more grateful for the loving notes that let us know we are appreciated!
“I have meant to drop you a note for a long time but time is always short and hectic. I want to thank you for the care you gave Larry while he stayed there. After he was discharged, he went back in the hospital and lost all progress he made. The doctor or hospital recommended another home which was supposed to be rated higher for rehab but it definitely was not! He kept losing and digressing. I brought him home and got home health. We got him back up to where he was and have had him home for over four months. If necessary, will get lifts but for now, we are dealing. Larry is my life. A neighbor of mine has put her mother in your care and I think she feels the same. I hope to keep Larry here with me but he had another angiogram and it doesn’t look good but his mind is so much better at home. Again, thank you so much and best wishes! Sue Tucker”
